Rapper Jay-Z began his headline slot on Glastonbury's Pyramid stage tonight
(Saturday) with an amusing swipe at his detractors - including Oasis' Noel
Gallagher.
Before Jay-Z's set started, a montage of video clips was shown which
included an interview Gallagher gave recently in which he claimed that it
was "not right" that the hip-hip star (born Shawn Corey Carter) should be
playing the festival's prestigious Saturday night headline slot.
Jay-Z then appeared on-stage miming to Oasis' 1995 hit 'Wonderwall', before
launching into a solo set which included his best-known songs.
